ONARA Partners is a company dedicated to real estate brokerage specializing in capital markets, logistics, retail, alternative markets and assets for the promotion and rehabilitation of real estate, aimed at both developers and institutional investors.
Composed by a team with over 30 years of experience in the real estate market, ONARA Partners operates in a boutique perspective, working each operation with total dedication and commitment.
Our team
A multidisciplinary team composed of professionals with extensive experience in numerous sectors, yet predominantly in the real estate sector, namely in real estate mediation and promotion, urban rehabilitation, shaping of real estate launches and management of investment funds, among others.
JOÃO OSÓRIO PINTO
João has a degree in Hotel Management. He entered the real estate arena in 1986, having dedicated himself to real estate development between 2004 and 2013, while rehabilitating several buildings in Lisbon’s old town. He is currently managing partner of ONARA Partners.
DIOGO JARDIM
Diogo was born in 1963, is married and a father of four, he studied Business Management at Universidade Católica Portugues. He began his professional activity at the Mendes de Almeida Group, having in 1989 assumed the management of the real estate branch through Predirumo- Sociedade de Mediação Imobiliária, a company that he later acquired in 1994. From 2007 to 2013 as director and shareholder of Artepura SA, he developed Urban Rehabilitation projects both in Portugal and in the Historic Area of Panama City.
JOÃO SOUSA LARA
João Sousa Lara is married with 3 children, he graduated in International Relations and with an MBA in management and was the founder of Fonte Viva and Pms, as well as the founder of the New Next Futures consultancy, representing The NaturalStep in Portugal. He is currently a partner at Onara Partners where he is focusing on funds and European Financing for Portuguese companies in partnership with Schuman Associates based in Brussels.
TIAGO VELHO DA PALMA
Tiago, has a degree in Business Management and in the Legal area. He has 30 years of experience in the financial sector: managing Litigation at Banif, managing Real Estate Promotion, managing large assets in the Divestment Section at Millennium BCP and managing real estate investment funds at Interfundos-SGFII. He is currently managing partner of ONARA Partners.
LUIZ FREDERICO
Luiz is Civil Engineer and began his professional career in the financial market at Chase Manhattan Bank, he later entered the real estate market in 1989, where he developed various activities in several companies, such as Grupo Multiplan and Consultan, where he held the positions of commercial director and general manager. Today he is managing partner of ONARA Partners.
